“It is very difficult to pinpoint exactly what makes a person or a business successful as there are a number of contributing factors. But these are a few things standing out for me:
1. Working with the best team possible. From my business partners and associates to our support/ admin staff and our clients. I love people and I always try to work with positive, loyal and ambitious people. My partners, colleagues and clients are also some of my best friends and some are like family. I am a very loyal, driven and honest person and I prefer to work with individuals who show the same level of respect to me. I believe that the individuals with whom I work are the main contributing factor towards my success in business.
2. Keep on growing and learning from my mistakes. I encounter hurdles and make mistakes daily and I think most people would have thrown the towel in with some of the businesses I'm involved in if they were in my shoes. But quitting is simply not in me. So I learn, adapt, think of new ideas, bring in new people and make changes all the time until it works. I see failure as an inevitable part of the road to success as long as you learn from each setback.
3. I do not stagnate. I am always looking for the next opportunity and never satisfied with what I've achieved already. I am always hunting for opportunities to grow my existing businesses and always exploring new ventures. Even though most people will not acknowledge it, the majority are content to live a comfortable, easy life. I don't like being in a comfort zone and I thrive when searching for the next opportunity. I love meeting new people and being exposed to new circumstances. I'm a born hunter.
Also I have always stayed true to who I am. I do not change for other people. I'm a "what you see is what you get" type of person. I try to find happiness in the small things every day and to live life to the fullest. I truly enjoy what I do and I look forward to see my "work family" every day. I live for my work and for me, my work equals my people”.

- In 2022, Marieth initiated the Infoglobe Training Academy, originally a classroom-based training centre for Rookie Estate Agents situated at RE/MAX Infoglobe's modern training room in Constantia Park, Pretoria East. Rapidly evolving, it transformed into a comprehensive online training institution, allowing rookie agents to access video format training at their convenience.
- The Infoglobe Training Academy significantly contributed to the success of many top-performing agents within the RE/MAX Infoglobe Group of Companies.
